
NATE: THE GIFT HUNT

Scavenger Hunt in Lower Manhattan
Nate, a shopping app powered by AI, created a promotional scavenger hunt in lower Manhattan. After getting a tutorial of the app, participants would follow the provided map to each location, searching for QR codes along the way that would award prizes.
Each location had a unique activation, ending with a rave dance party.
PRE-PRODUCTION ROLES
Visit each scavenger hunt stop with the client to discuss their vision
Attend many site visits with print vendor to relay client's vision and discuss options
Create initial mockup of on-location vinyl/banner install
Determine A/V needs at each venue, working with client overall ideas, budget and available equipment
Prep graphic files for stencil creation, research stencil material specifications
Source stencil supplier
Source art materials: chalk sticks, spray chalk
Loading in and installing A/V gear
Apply wheatpaste posters the day before event

EVENT DAY ROLES
Apply QR code stickers and posters along scavenger hunt route
Circulate around event locations, making sure event staff have everything they need
Check in with client regularly and address any issues
